Peanut Butter’s team and technology provide employees access to information and decision support tools to better manage their debt, and facilitate employer contributions toward employee student loans. As a winner in the 2019 43 North class, we recently relocated to the Seneca One Tower in the heart of downtown Buffalo, NY. 

Description

Peanut Butter is looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven individual to help us achieve

significant revenue growth by assisting in customer support and enablement. The role is 20 hours per week position, reporting directly to the CTO. The individual will also work closely with the engineering team to respond to, scope and resolve customer and application issues.

Skills

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related or Related Experience
  • Managing and maintaining Zendesk and support metrics dashboard
  • Knowledge of Google suite management and configuration
  • Salesforce configuration and management
  • Answer and resolve in bound support requests.
  • Transform incoming support requests into specifications for development.
  • Participate in weekly development sprints and scoping.
  • Monitor application performance and telemetry dashboards to be proactive towards
  • application issues.
  • Develop new application metrics and monitoring systems.
  • Generate and review weekly support requests and application issues with the engineering team and CTO.
