43North Finals returns as startups from around the world come together to battle live on stage for a cut of $5 million!
But this year, there's a new twist! Previously, one company was awarded a top $1M investment, and seven would receive $500,000. For 2022, we will award FIVE companies a $1M investment!
That's right, every company selected for 43North's eighth cohort will receive $5M. Five companies will join our cohort, and five will go home.

HOW THEY GOT HERE
Each year 43North opens an application to find the next companies we’ll invest in. Hundreds of applicants are narrowed down through a highly competitive selection process and three rounds of judging. 43North Finals is the culmination of this search where five companies are ultimately selected to receive a $1 million investment and join 43North’s accelerator in Buffalo, NY for a year of programming and an experience like no other.
WHAT TO EXPECT
43North Finals is an epic night packed with edge-of-your-seat drama where entrepreneurs battle it out for a cut of $5 million. The top 10 companies will stand on stage at Shea's and pitch their startup to our Finals judges and the live audience. After a break for deliberation, the judges will decide who gets the money and the opportunity to join 43North's program.

Wednesday, October 19: Semi-Finals
SENECA ONE AUDITORIUM
11:00 AM- 3:35 PM
ALL 15 Finalists will pitch in the Seneca One Auditorium starting at 11:00 am. Only 10 will be chosen to move on to 43North Finals the following night at Shea's. Tickets are not required for this event.
Full pitch schedule will be released early October.
