Today, 43North hosted its second annual JobCade career fair for Buffalo-area startups and emerging businesses. More than 50 local companies, looking to fill over 400 openings, were on hand for the event. Hundreds of job seekers showed up to learn about the wide array of opportunities that included roles in sales, marketing, operations, accounting, manufacturing and more.

As part of the job fair, 43North announced the official launch of Forge Buffalo. Forge Buffalo is an online community created in conjunction with New York State and Viaduct that aims to connect job seekers with startups in Buffalo. In addition to job boards, the website will offer resources on resume building, networking events and news about Western New York’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
